PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Ashley's career prior to Insigniam Performance encompassed training, customer service, and sales in the U.S. and Canada. While living in Canada, Ashley managed an international customer service center for a retail and wholesale distribution company. She expanded her work of implementing high-performance teams and systems by taking on the role of advisor for education and development for a highly competitive telecommunications company, which had Ashley traveling throughout Canada to support executives in forwarding their division results. Upon returning to the Philadelphia area, Ashley spent four years as an on-air guest for QVC, the world's largest television shopping channel, and grew a line of travel accessories into a multimillion-dollar business.

ASHLEY AFTER WORK
Ashley enjoys living in Philadelphia with her husband, Daniele. You can often find her doing yoga, running, attending live theater, and acting. She received a regional best actress award for live theater performance from the Pennsylvania Community Theater Association in 2005. For over ten years, she has volunteered as a Big Sister role model. Ashley, who comes from a family of six children, now has 12 nieces and nephews, whom she adores.
