Bonnie Wingate
"In developing relationships with clients, I have an opportunity to hear the bold ambitions and aspirations they have for themselves and others in their companies. Sharing that with them and working with them as they discover how to successfully navigate barriers and challenges inspires me and enriches my life."
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Bonnie brings thirty years of experience in sales, systems, training and development, and service to her career at Insigniam Performance. Since 1994, she has been consulting Fortune 500 clients on the use of Insigniam's Breakthrough Methodology to dramatically improve business performance. In 1998 she was promoted to Vice President of Sales and Client Development. Her clients include multiple Johnson & Johnson companies, Pepsi, Hershey, Eli Lilly, Merck, Dow Jones, Pfizer, Bank of America (formerly MBNA America), Armstrong World Industries, DuPont, Wyeth, Clorox, American Red Cross, GlaxoSmithKline, and Roche. Prior to joining Insigniam, Bonnie was an Executive Vice President of Day & Zimmermann, an engineering firm and one of the largest privately-held companies in the United States, where she provided operations management for a division that served Fortune500 clients, including DuPont, ICI Chemicals, Hershey, MBNA America (now Pfizer), and Hercules. Bonnie is also responsible for having launched and developed a multimillion-dollar company in Wilmington, Delaware.

- Growing a start-up business, as the Vice President, to be highly profitable when it was sold six years later
EDUCATION

BONNIE AFTER WORK
Ever since early school days growing up in the Midwest, Bonnie has been a volunteer in numerous community-building enterprises, often assuming roles in leadership and governance. She was formerly on two boards of two nonprofit enterprises aimed at making opportunities for self-development and education available to under-served communities. Bonnie is also passionate about traveling and exploring cultures—she creates deep, rich, lasting friendships with people she meets -- for example being a pen pal since 1964 with Teresa from Wales. She raised her son and daughter as a single mom, beginning with their preteen years, and is very proud of their accomplishments. One is now a college student, and the other a recent graduate of the University of Delaware and is now in graduate school. Bonnie credits the extraordinary teachers throughout her life for expanding her horizons and offering her a world of learning, growth, and opportunity.
