Caryn Rosenberg
"My passion is working with teams to enable them to create targets that did not seem possible and then work with them to achieve those targets."
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Caryn has been consulting in organizations for over 25 years. She began working with a small, entrepreneurial organization, and over the past 15 years worked extensively with large multi-national corporations, including the four largest energy companies in the world.
From staff in the field to the senior management teams, Caryn has assisted organizations in turning around their most critical projects. She has an uncanny ability to facilitate the critical conversations enabling the teams to design breakthrough projects, and then to fulfill their goals. She is lighthearted, tenacious, and authentic and Caryn is deeply committed to her clients’ success.
Other professional experience includes:
- Caryn assisted an alliance of five companies to yield breakthrough results in developing an oil field off the coast of Western Australia. While reserves were limited and geology was daunting, delivery of first oil came in 20 days early, with a dramatic $16 million reduction in costs and zero lost-time injuries.
- Caryn helped reshape the corporate culture of an alliance that was made up of 13 companies typically considered competitors. By unifying the design and purpose of the management team, Caryn assisted this alliance in delivering a North Sea oil field six months early. Production was increased by 35% and capital expenditures were reduced by $120 million.
- With senior managers, engineers, and asset managers of a multi-company alliance, Caryn supported the planning and development of a complex infrastructure to retrieve oil and gas from nine marginal fields. The project was completed two months early and £221 million below sanction costs.
