PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Debbie has over 23 years of experience as a high-level consultant and business leader—first as a Vice President of an international consulting company, and presently for Insigniam's global enterprise. She has worked with over 10,000 people and has facilitated group sessions with as many as 500 participants. Her range of clients is broad, and she is respected and valued as a coach and consultant at all levels of the organization. Debbie has an innate ability to assess and discern the current assumptions, presumptions and hidden beliefs that limit or hinder the performance of executives and their teams. She is insightful and incisive in quickly getting to the heart of the issue, sizing up the dynamics and interplay of the group and providing the appropriate coaching and guidance that fulfills on the organization's concerns and commitments. Debbie consults extensively through our senior leadership development offers. Most notably, she has designed and delivered a series of interventions that focus on enabling executives to generate strategies that create new rules and market space in their competitive dynamics.

DEBBIE AFTER WORK
Debbie enjoys all aspects of the arts, including weekly trips to the movies and attending Broadway shows in New York whenever possible. When not out and about with her family and friends, she loves to curl up with a mystery novel. She lives in New Jersey, just outside of Philadelphia, with her husband, Carl; their dog, Lily; and three bright and active teenagers, whom she enjoys immensely when she is not questioning her sanity.
