PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Felicity was a founding member of Insigniam Performance's Asia practice. She has consulted, coached and trained executives and company leaders around the world, working with over twenty-five nationalities, executives and managers, throughout Asia, Europe, The Gulf and the United States.

Felicity has a deep expertise in coaching teams to produce breakthrough performance that has a direct impact on business results. She also has expertise in working with cross-functional and multi-cultural groups. Prior to joining Insigniam Performance in Hong Kong, Felicity was head of graduate programs in London for a leading global education company where she and a team of three expanded the U.K. business by a factor of twenty in two years.

FELICITY AFTER WORK

Felicity cherishes her time with family and friends. She and her husband, Dennis, have had the privilege of living around the world and are committed to bringing up their family to be global citizens. Dennis is an investment banker, investing in sustainable energy projects and companies. Jonathan, their 10 year old son is a kung fu red belt and aspiring NBA superstar, regularly scoring 20 points a game while being 9 inches shorter than the competition. Felicity serves on the board of a non-profit committed to the sustainable end of world hunger.
