PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining Insigniam Performance, Gregory served as a management consultant to some of the largest state and local government agencies in the United States, including the State of California, and the City of San Jose. Working on behalf of the public to plan, negotiate, and implement solid waste and recycling programs with the country's largest solid waste companies, including Waste Management, Republic Services, and Allied Services, Greg generated savings and opportunities valued at over $25 million dollars. Additionally, his work auditing financial and operational records of solid waste haulers recovered thousands of dollars to the public.

GREGORY AFTER WORK
Gregory lives with his wife, Zozo, in California. He is passionate about appreciating cities and enjoys architecture. His family is originally from Indiana, and he takes time to learn from such great Midwestern thinkers as Warren Buffet, John Wooden, and Granddad. Greg's time in Europe and Japan has given him an appreciation of different ways of life. Also, he is keenly aware of how his bonsai trees are teaching him something about patience.
