PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Pushing limits, questioning the obvious, and inventing new ways of collaboration inspire Guillaume. Prior to joining Insigniam Performance, Guillaume worked as an engineering project manager. In one of his projects, he worked in the design and implementation of an improved municipal waste-management scheme in Normandy. His innovative contribution included design, technical research, PR, and training in new methods. He was also a software developer and technical manager for Unilog IT Services, where he gained an understanding of the banking and insurance industries, including the intricacies of their IT requirements. Unilog promoted him to the training department, where he contributed to the development of the web-design courses.

- Consulting with several teams to create a near-term vision, design a correlated strategic plan, effectively implement action plans, and formulate and launch breakthrough projects (Food and beverages industry)

Guillaume and his wife, Maïlys, have a young daughter, Eloise, and a young son, Emile, with whom they enjoy spending time. As a computer and software wiz, Guillaume enjoys being a technology resource for others.
