PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Ilene has been an organizational consultant for 18 years, helping teams, executives, and organizations focus on desired business results, while simultaneously developing their capacity for new and innovative solutions. Ilene's experience includes being an associate partner at Innovation Associates (IA), founded by Peter Senge, a pioneer in the development of learning organizations. At IA she designed and managed many of the large-scale organizational change projects. Later she was a partner at PAConsulting Group, managing their Organizational Learning and Change Division.
Ilene was also a Managing Director of the Tom Peters Company, heading their Consulting Division. She has worked with clients in industries as varied as government, healthcare, financial services, food and beverage, paper, and consumer products. Her consulting clients have included: NASA, Wellpoint, Coca-Cola, Lucent Technologies, Unilever, Odwalla Juice, Pfizer, and Duracell.
Other noteworthy professional experience includes:
- Serving as a chemical engineer for Raytheon and as Quality Manager for Honeywell's Electro-Optics Division
- Coaching teams to use breakthrough project management methodology in a telecommunications business to realize significant cost reductions, resulting in savings of $150 million with no layoffs required

ILENE AFTER WORK
Ilene's passion is cooking. She has an expansive and eclectic music collection and loves dancing, Pilates, Yoga, Reiki, and walking. She and her husband, Bob, live in Southern New Hampshire on 12 acres of land with beautiful views of the Monadnock mountain range. They love spending time with their two grown sons and three grandchildren. Ilene loves to learn new ideas by studying different cultures through their anthropological, philosophical, and spiritual teachings. She volunteers her time with Medical Missions for Children.
