James brings 25 years of experience in management and sales to his consulting at Insigniam Performance. As the former CEO of Telecard Network, James offers firsthand executive experience to his clients. He provides expertise in cultural transformation, team building, and sales management. James has worked with a wide range of industries including Advertising, Bio Tech, Entertainment, Insurance, Mortgage Banking, and Tele Communications. His clients include Amgen International, 20th Century Fox, Dino De Laurentiis Films, Lexmark International, New Mexico State University, Lee & Associates, Telecard Network and Orange Coast Memorial Medical Center.
Other exciting and noteworthy professional experience includes:
- Restructuring an organization to reach $42 million in sales within the 2nd year as CEO; improving morale, customer service, and team work, to become leading-edge in the industry

JAMES AFTER WORK
James and his wife, Sharon, have been married for 25 years and raised five great sons: Justin, Jonathan, Jasha, Jacob, and Jaxson. They love raising children and have delivered several parenting workshops for non-profit organizations. James has a passion for making a difference in the world, in particular, supporting missionaries in Bolivia. In addition, he loves fly-fishing, golfing, hunting, camping and cooking on the grill.
