PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
As a consultant, Jen is highly experienced at helping teams and organizations produce breakthroughs in their business results, and she has worked extensively with global accounts. She has worked on several large-scale strategic business initiatives, including engagements that involve ERP implementations, regulatory compliance issues, and cultural transformations. She also has expertise in supporting companies in the pharmaceutical industry to produce unprecedented results with clinical trials. Prior to joining Insigniam, Jen was a successful entrepreneur, owning two businesses. Her first venture, RSL International, was a healthcare business with over 300 employees; her second, Physicians Medical Claim, streamlined medical claims by using electronic processing. Jen was trained as a critical-care nurse, and for twelve years she ran an intensive-care unit and served on a hospital drug-trial committee.

JEN AFTER WORK
After work and behind the scenes, Jen transforms into "Supermom," serving as a Girl Scouts Assistant Troop Leader and, along with her husband Bruce, being an actively engaged parent of two young children. Somehow, in between work and her children, Jen also enjoys running, music, theater, and volunteering as a personal-effectiveness skills coach for her community. In addition, Jen relishes spending time with her parents, who have been married for over 45 years.
