PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Jon has over fifteen years of experience consulting for global Fortune 500 companies, with a strong background working in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, high-tech, retail, and consumer products industries. Prior to joining Insigniam, he was a senior sales manager for an international training and development company, leading its East Coast division to its best quarter in ten years. Jon started as a journalist, and after covering the political beat for several years, he developed an interest in what shapes behavior and action, and how work environments enhance or detract from people's ability to perform. This inquiry led him to join Insigniam.

- Accomplished artist with works displayed in local galleries and founding member of National Arts in the Mall program - an initiative to bring fine arts to the general public

JON AFTER WORK
Jon lives in New Jersey with his wife, Joanna, and two small sons, Max and Zach, and daughter, Amanda. He has served on the board of the New Jersey Council on the Arts, and he is an active member of several local charities and community organizations. Jon enjoys cooking, traveling, and volunteering for various youth athletic leagues.
