Juan Mobili
"I’m passionate about working with people who understand the critical need to be whole leaders: disciplined about creating new business possibilities, committed to develop people and courageous about communicating what is needed in their organizations in service of remarkable performance."
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Juan Pablo Mobili, a facilitator, coach and consultant based in New York, is particularly committed and skilled on providing innovative strategic planning and leadership development, that takes into account the importance of character and vision as much as the capacity to produce significant and sustainable results. His work in Coca Cola, Nike, Disney and BP has helped senior managers examined traditional attitudes and focused on developing tools for effective communication. JUAN AFTER WORK
When Juan is not traveling around the world, there’s nothing he loves more than spending time with his family and contribute his expertise to non-profit organizations within the community where he lives, outside of New York City. Juan and Madalasa, his wife of 25 years, have three sons together—Sergio, Miles and Noah—and are immensely proud of their humanity and authenticity.
