With over 25 years of management, training, and development experience, Jürgen’s commitment is to help organizations transcend cultural barriers to elevate performance and bring out the best in their employees and engendered professional fulfillment. Jürgen also brings his entrepreneurial spirit and training, coaching, and team-building expertise to his career at Insigniam. In addition to a 20+ year management career that spans Healthcare, Retail, and General Management, Jürgen has consulted, coached, and trained over 25,000 individuals. He held a management position at an international education firm for seven years focusing on communication, empowerment, leadership, and personal productivity. As General Manager, Jürgen was responsible for the operations, finance, recruitment, and developing consultants for what would become the firm's second largest subsidiary in Europe during his tenure.

Other noteworthy experience and achievements include:

• Consulted four independent companies to form an alliance and to successfully achieve gas production three months ahead of schedule resulting in a plus of 80% in the first year
• Facilitated a merger of five departments of an oil and gas company which led to an increased output of 25%
• Worked with a small .com company of 50 employees with the objective that they get bought by a bigger company without people losing their jobs; they achieved €5m more than expected with no redundancies

Jürgen resides in a medieval town in a wine region southeast of Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Jürgen enjoys going to concerts and to the theatre, and has recently started to oil paint. His passions are playing the guitar, reading American literature, listening to music, and watching football (soccer).
