PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Katerin's career spans 15 countries and work with clients from over 22 nations. She has extensive experience in Asia, the Middle East, and Europe. Katerin first learned of Insigniam Performance's work as a client while in Hong Kong, and because of the extraordinary results produced, she decided to join the firm. She founded Insigniam's European office, based in Paris, after working for Insigniam in California for two years. She specializes in strategy design, executive alignment, and leadership development.
Before joining Insigniam, Katerin was the Managing Director of Buck Management Consultants in Hong Kong, whose client-base included most of the major investment banks, the Hong Kong Monetary Authority, the Securities and Futures Commission, Marks and Spencer, and the Hong Kong and Shanghai hotels. Her projects included designing 360 degree assessments and performance management systems, short and long-term total compensation systems, as well as designing, launching, and producing the first commercial salary survey among foreign companies in Vietnam in 1994.
Before consulting, she was a compensation and benefits manager for HSBC in Hong Kong, where she worked on major projects in Jordan, Dubai, Pakistan, and all ASEAN (Southeast Asian) countries.

KATERIN AFTER WORK
Katerin lives in Paris. Thanks to her extensive multicultural career, Katerin is devoted to raising her two children to be responsible citizens of the world and to cultivate their curiosity about different cultures and people. She also studies philosophy and wine with her husband, a scholar and writer.
