PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Kristen has been associated with Insigniam both as a client and as a consultant. She brings a wealth of industry knowledge and executive leadership experience from over 22 years in the travel and transportation industry.
Prior to joining Insigniam, Kristen was the Vice President of Sales and Account Management for a large division of Sabre Holdings (Sabre Airline Solutions), a travel industry technology company with over 9,000 employees worldwide. Sabre Holdings also owns the popular travel booking website Travelocity. As an airline industry executive, she has personally managed large-scale relationships with executives of renowned airlines worldwide.
Kristen was responsible for leading the largest region that provides all aspects of technology and services to the airlines of North America including Southwest, United, Continental, US Airways, JetBlue, WestJet, Delta, and others. Her work with building and inspiring sales and customer management teams, establishing innovative sales and customer management processes, and leveraging the methodologies of Insigniam to achieve unprecedented results has earned her ongoing recognition.
Kristen’s career has included other leadership roles that spanned marketing, product development, and customer management and sales. She brings a wealth of business knowledge, executive leadership experience, and coaching capabilities, as well as an outstanding track record initiating and leading breakthrough projects to her role as a consultant with Insigniam Performance.

KRISTEN AFTER WORK
Kristen and her husband, Ken, live in Colleyville, Texas and are adoring parents of four fantastic children between them. She is also an outdoor enthusiast; having hiked, sailed, skied, and cycled with her family all over the world. Active in their local community, Kristen and Ken serve as Cultural Ambassadors with the World Affairs Council, hosting international delegations in the Dallas, Texas area to expand cultural awareness.
