Michael Graf

"Bringing clients in touch with their own leadership and full self-expression in their work-life inspires me."

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Michael brings more than 20 years of successful consulting, leadership development, training, coaching, and teambuilding experience. He has consulted for global companies in the energy, chemical, engineering and construction industries in Europe, Africa, Middle East, Caspian Region and South East Asia.

Michael is highly sought after for consulting multinational and multicultural alliances and partnerships to work together in unprecedented ways and produce breakthrough results. Clients know him for his precise style, cutting through confusion, listening intently for what needs to happen, and keeping people connected and focused. Whether assisting in establishing a worldwide alliance between the retail business of one of the world’s biggest oil companies, and a global construction company reducing building and maintenance costs by 30%, or implementing a new marketing and sales strategy for a manufacturer of offshore equipment and doubling sales in one year, Michael’s approach helps business leaders producing results that they thought to be impossible.

Other professional highlights:
  • Designing and leading consulting engagements in the areas of implementing critical strategies, corporate-wide change initiatives, breakthrough projects, and project turnaround
  • Designing and executing consulting engagements with focus on cultural change, commitment building, and creating strong leadership in the area of safety
