Michael Waldman

"Our clients are the boldest, most inspiring people at work today. They envision a better world, a better workplace, and greater service to their customers, and they are at work making those things happen. It's an honor to do everything we can do to support the realization of those aspirations."

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Michael is the senior partner overall responsible for the design of Insigniam Performance's consulting engagements and client satisfaction and success. As one of the most senior consultants, he works globally on multinational projects with executives from leading organizations including the American Red Cross, Bayer Corporation, Biogen-Idec, Johnson & Johnson, General Electric, Hershey Foods, and Solvay Pharmaceuticals. His experiences have led him to become an expert at speeding healthcare corporations under consent decrees back to compliance.

Just out of school, Michael taught under-privileged and behaviorally challenged students in North Philadelphia. He was then recruited as Sales Manager of a national sales corporation, where he went on to become Chief Operating Officer. After six years, he returned to the educational field as a senior program leader and manager with an international training and development firm where he worked with clients on the issues of leadership, productivity and high performance.

Other noteworthy experiences include:

  • Serving as consultant and facilitator in developing leadership throughout city government on behalf of the City of Philadelphia Commissioners
  • Fundraising and volunteering for over 20 years for charities that deal with blindness, and ending world hunger and juvenile delinquency
