Prior to joining Insigniam, Mickey was the Owner of Pantano Communications, a sales and presentation training company. With over 20 years of experience as a public speaker, national sales trainer, workshop leader, and coach she has consulted, designed, and delivered workshops and seminars nationally for clients in the health and fitness, medical, fashion, graphics, music, and entertainment industries. These programs include sales, presentation, executive presence and communication skills. Mickey's expertise lies in enabling people to communicate clearly and with confidence, to harness ideas, vision, and personal power to deliver higher results in corporate and personal performance.

MICKEY AFTER WORK
Mickey lives in New York City with her long time partner, Scott, and their cat, Napili. She loves to travel and spend time exploring the big city of New York. Mickey is inspired by community however it shows up; whether it is 1,000 people watching theater in Central Park or 5 children working on a project for school; it is that connection with other human beings sharing, developing, and being a part of something greater than just yourself.
