PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Nathan Rosenberg has been coaching and consulting executives in business for over 20 years. Nathan has personally consulted, coached or trained over 70,000 people. He has shared his expertise on organizational transformation and leadership with live and televised audiences in business conference and university settings throughout the world.
Prior to his career in consulting, Mr. Rosenberg was an executive in the West Coast's largest minority-owned advertising agency, Muse Communications, and was a partner in a national real estate investment firm, The Shidler Group. As chairman and president of Submersible Systems, Inc., a manufacturer of high-technology breathing devices, he led the company's turnaround, tripling the company's value in four years by regaining contracts with the US military and greatly expanding demand from scuba divers.
Other noteworthy professional experiences include:
- Flying search and rescue missions in the Caribbean, saving 24 lives and preventing illegal entry of five ships containing smuggled drugs from 1975 to 1978
- Serving as executive support officer to the Secretary and Deputy Secretary of Defense from 1978 to 1980
- Serving as national defense advisor for the Majority Leader of the United States Senate from 1980 to 1981
- On
May 22, 2009, Insigniam co-founder Nathan Owen Rosenberg was awarded

NATHAN AFTER WORK
Nathan lives in Laguna Beach and treasures time with his wife, Karen. Their five children are grown but informal family reunions are a source of joy. Nathan runs and swims and surfs badly. He enjoys reading history and thrillers and has a taste for fine wines and good cigars.
