Raul Tuset

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining Insigniam, Raul worked as an Organizational Development Consultant at the Westinghouse National Issues Center. His clients there included members of the Westinghouse Defense Unit, as well as the federal government and other companies.
Raul has dedicated much of his life to the prevention of drug abuse and the development of programs for troubled youth, including oversight of joint projects with the National Institute of Drug Abuse and the Multicultural Resource Center. He also fielded and managed consulting teams in the Midwest for the State Initiatives Program of the U.S. Department of Justice. Raul's unique background in the field of human services and in drug-abuse treatment and prevention has developed his singular ability to support all manner of initiatives in the areas of corporate change, strategy development, and implementation of policy.
Other exciting and noteworthy professional experience includes:
- Directing the first halfway house for delinquent boys and girls under the auspices of the Division of Youth Services of the State of Massachusetts
- Advising the Chairman of the Arkansas Juvenile Justice Advisory Group on the redesign of the state's programs for troubled youth
- Organizing a community association in Fairfax County, Virginia, and serving as its president to successfully challenge road-building plans that would have caused disastrous effects on the environment, land values, and the safety of residents
- Leading a course in Spanish for 800 employees of a pharmaceutical plant in Puerto Rico in order to enroll them in a company-wide initiative to produce a breakthrough in quality and reestablish itself with the Food and Drug Administration

LANGUAGES
In addition to English, Raul has a good command of Spanish and uses his language skill to significantly contribute to Insigniam Performance clients in cross-cultural/geographical engagements.
RAUL AFTER WORK
Raul is passionate about the contribution he makes to the world with his work. Out of the office, he enjoys spending time in nature hiking and bass-fishing. He also loves spending time with his family, which includes his wife, Barbara; his son and daughter, who are mature adults; and his four grandchildren. Raul is active in his community, serving as board president for the Yates Ford Road Community Association, as well as being involved in other projects.
