Regina brings over 12 years of experience as an accomplished executive and leadership coach, and a consultant in strategic planning and business development. She has coached and trained CEOs of 12 firms in the past 2 years, resulting in unprecedented awards and press coverage successfully impacting the companies’ growth goals. Additionally, as Vice President in a well respected silicon valley consulting firm, she was part of the leadership that grew the company from $50 million to $200 million. She personally delivered $500,000 in new business within the first 9 months in a down market.

Regina loves good food, cooking and all things culinary. In line with her competitive nature, she is passionate about playing her fiddle placing in the Top Five in the Nationals from 1988-1992 and has been the West Coast undefeated Rowing Champion for University of Southern California in Santa Barbara. Regina is a Board Member of The Community of Writers (WordStock) and promotes global leadership for women and children of the world through her Advisory Board membership with World Pulse Organization.
