PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Scott is highly sought after for coaching organizational teams to produce breakthrough results. He has spoken to groups as large as 6,500 on leadership and personal effectiveness. His work focuses on providing insights and possibilities that spur people to action beyond the predictable. Whether working with a cross-functional team to reduce spending by 42% in a global distribution system or coaching middle management to drive empowerment throughout the organization resulting in a 12 point year-to-year improvement in employee engagement scores, Scott's approach gives executives and managers access to breakthrough results that heretofore were not possible. Scott began his career as a schoolteacher and taught at both the high school and middle school levels.

SCOTT AFTER WORK

Scott's personal passion is making a difference in his community. He currently serves the Boy Scouts of America as a member of the board of its National Honor Society, the Order of the Arrow, as well as the lead facilitator for the development of the strategic plan for Scouting's second century. Scott shares a wonderful marriage with his beautiful wife, Adrienne. They live in Denver, Colorado, where the couple relishes skiing and hiking in the majestic Rocky Mountains.
