Scott is highly sought after for coaching organizational teams to produce breakthrough results. He has spoken to groups as large as 6,500 on leadership and personal effectiveness. His work focuses on providing insights and possibilities that spur people to action beyond the predictable. Whether working with a cross-functional team to reduce spending by 42% in a global distribution system or coaching middle management to drive empowerment throughout the organization resulting in a 12 point year-to-year improvement in employee engagement scores, Scott's approach gives executives and managers access to breakthrough results that heretofore were not possible. Scott began his career as a schoolteacher and taught at both the high school and middle school levels.

SCOTT AFTER WORK
Scott's personal passion is making a difference in his community. He currently serves on the national committee of the Honor Society of the Boy Scouts of America, where he is taking a lead role in planning one of the BSA's most expansive service projects in the organization's 97-year history. Scott shares a wonderful marriage with his beautiful wife, Adrienne. They live in Irvine, California, where he relishes his summer evenings at the ballpark watching his beloved Los Angeles Angels.
