PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

With over 25 years of experience in consulting and management, Shideh Bina is known as a powerful and potent leader by her clients and colleagues. Drawing on her strategic thinking and capacity to drive breakthrough results, Shideh is accountable for business development, marketing, and all aspects of operations including revenue and P&L. She led a global, company-wide change initiative resulting in 46% sales growth, new market identity, enhanced portfolio of customer solutions, and the implementation of new IT systems and tools all funded by decreased operational overhead.

Prior to her management consulting work, Shideh conceived, owned, and managed a successful upscale retail business which she then sold to her employees. She later led and managed the New England region for an international training and development firm where she was accountable for operations, business development, faculty training and development, and P&L for one of the company's largest regions. In this capacity she received several awards for achieving new and unprecedented levels of performance.

SHIDEH AFTER WORK

Shideh is passionate about her family. Her husband, Dr. Shahab Bina is a chiropractor and holistic physician. Their young son, Kian is an aspiring reptile scientist, FBI agent, and football quarterback with advanced belts in Karate. Their family includes Shideh's stepsons, Kavian and Carey, who are talented teen musicians and excellent golfers. Together, the family shares a love for international travel. When she has a moment to herself, Shideh is a voracious reader and a competitive poker player.
