PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
With over 25 years of experience in coaching, consulting, management, and training,Shideh Bina is known as a powerful and inspiring leader by her clients and colleagues. Drawing on her strategic thinking and capacity to drive breakthrough results, Shideh heads marketing and client development at Insigniam Performance in addition to leading enterprise wide transformation initiatives.
Shideh's professional ventures have been marked by her commitment to people, her skill at generating stellar business results, and her ability to engender an inspired spirit among the people she leads. Prior to her management consulting work, she conceived, owned, and managed a successful upscale retail business which she then sold to her employees. She later led and managed the New England region for an international training and development firm where she was accountable for operations, business development, faculty training and development and P&L for one of the company's largest regions. In this capacity she received several awards for achieving new and high level of performance that exceeded past performance.

SHIDEH AFTER WORK
Shideh is passionate about her family. Her husband, Dr. Shahab Bina is a chiropractor and holistic physician. Their son Kian is a 6-year-old aspiring reptile scientist and FBI agent who just won his first Karate trophy (which he sleeps with). Their family includes Shideh's stepsons, Kavian and Carey, who are talented teen musicians and excellent golfers. Together, the family shares a love for international travel. When she has a moment to herself, Shideh is a voracious reader and a competitive poker player.
