PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining Insigniam Performance, Shir was Managing Partner in two management consulting firms that specialized in designing and implementing knowledge-sharing and knowledge-transfer solutions. He has consulted for companies such as IBM, JP Morgan Chase, Pfizer, Citigroup, MetLife, Con Edison, and Morgan Stanley in their knowledge-transfer commitments. He has also worked with the United Nations to transform one of its agencies into a knowledge-centric organization
His work has included the assessment, design, and implementation of knowledge management, culture, processes, and technologies to increase organizational effectiveness and employee productivity. Shir brings drive, team leadership, and expertise to his Insigniam Performance coaching and consulting, enabling clients to achieve breakthrough results.

SHIR AFTER WORK
Shir lives in Palm Beach, Florida with his wife, Marnie; son, Harrison; and daughter, Sophie. He regularly competes in Ironman Triathlons, marathons, and other running races. Shir also enjoys scuba diving and coaching other athletes. Growing up on a kibbutz in Israel was a key influence in his life. Shir is on the leadership team of a triathlon club in Juno Beach, Florida.
