IT/Help Desk Support Person in the Narberth, Pennsylvania Office
Position: Full-time support to assist in a rapidly expanding IT department. Responsibilities include all day-to-day activities including system configuration and setup, system troubleshooting, end-user training and support, and other support services for our employees working around the globe. Our systems are primarily Mac OS / Macintosh.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate has a demand for knowledge and loves to take care of people. They also have a wealth of real world experience with Macintosh systems along with some experience with Windows XP. In addition, they have experience with networking, troubleshooting, hardware repair, training, etc.
